CCA GRAD NITE 2013
is a spectacular all-nite party,
a once-in-a-lifetime event for our CCA students!!

Grad Nite is an all-night party held on the CCA campus where seniors safely celebrate graduation with all their classmates. This all-volunteer effort by parents provides a safe and sober environment where seniors can relax and celebrate the night of their high school graduation. We're looking for parents from younger students, too! This is a pay-it-forward event involving planning and preparation from parents of all grade levels.

Memory Board Workshop

As a parent, you can make your child a memory board to be displayed at Grad Nite. This is an 18"x18" poster that contains photos and memories from their life. The boards will be displayed at Grad Nite. So, come join us for a fun night where you can receive inspiration and help with assembling your senior’s memory board. Bring The Following: 18’x18 board (poster board/cardboard only!); Photographs (baby, family, friends, sports, college, etc); Memorabilia; Stickers/Ribbon; etc. Use your imagination and creativity! Be sure to bring your own Paper & Adhesive Products.

Volunteers Needed!

The Grad Nite team is desperately seeking a chair for the Check In/Check Out committee! It would be best performed by an underclassman parent due to the activities that happen on Graduation Day. However, the job can easily be split among two people.

Grad Nite Tickets - On Sale Now!

To purchase tickets, fill out the Grad Nite 2013 Registration form, make sure it's signed by the parent and the student, and send it in with your payment. Ticket prices go up again in early June.

Reserved Graduation Parking & Seating

You can purchase reserved parking and seating for Graduation, and money raised will help fund the Grad Nite celebration! Just download and complete the Reserved Graduation Parking & Seating 2013 form. Please note that reserved seating is in back of the free open seating, here's a Parking/Seating Flier that shows the layout. Advantages of reserved seating are guaranteed, assigned seats no matter what time you arrive, the comfort of shade from a canopy, and being up on a raised platform. Reserved parking allows attendees a guaranteed, convenient spot on campus, while free parking will overflow to surrounding streets.

  • 4/4/13 - 8:15 am, the Cage -- Attend our decor/set-up Volunteer Meeting Thursday, April 4 from 8:15 am - 9:15 am in the Cage. (Parents - you can learn how you can donate just 1 hour or 2 to help provide a SAFE graduation night for our CCA seniors. We encourage parents from all grades to participate in some way).
  • 5/7/13 - 8:15 am, the Cage
  • 6/11/13 - 7:00 pm, the Media Center

  • Sophomore & Junior Parents, join or Co-Chair a Grad Nite Committee! We need you for Grad Nite 2013 & 2014!! Traditionally, sophomore and junior parents participate on our committees to help with this great event for our graduating seniors.
  • Freshman Parents, join the Grad Nite Demo Crew! We need you for Grad Nite 2013, 2014 & 2015!! Traditionally, freshman parents organize the "after party," disassembling, packing and storing Grad Nite supplies. (Saturday morning after the event)

  • Grad Nite Tickets are now $115. Pre-sales end June 8. $125 at the door.
