CCA GRAD NITE 2011

OLD Forms and Fliers:

Memory Boards & Orchid Leis

The MEMORY WALL is a big part of Grad Nite. It provides an opportunity for parents to create a tribute to their child. We need you to create a poster, or MEMORY BOARD, for your child that will go on the Memory Wall and be part of the decorations on Grad Nite.

If you'd like help, there will be a MEMORY BOARD workshop in the Media Center. Bring your pictures and poster board with any embellishments, and we will help you put it all together.

The Dollars for Scholars program is selling Graduation Ceremony Orchid Leis! See the Orchid Lei Order Form for details. Download the OLD 2011 Lei Order Form.

Reserved Parking and Seating

Ample, free parking and free seating will be available on Graduation Day. Free parking will be available in the student, staff, and portions of the administration lots. The 120 reserved seats (located on raised, shaded platforms behind and to the sides of free seating) are sold out. Reserved parking (located in the administration lot) is still available. $50 per reserved space. Reserved parking and seating have been offered to families of graduating seniors as a fundraiser for Grad Nite. All expenses and volunteers to run this fundraiser are provided by the Grad Nite Committee.

The success of the Grad Night event depends on parent volunteers - lots of them. And for the past three years, parents have always come forward to help.

With this event, there is no such thing as "too much help." Parents of underclassman are especially welcome, for two reasons: First, you will need the experience and exposure to this activity to better prepare for the time when your son or daughter becomes a senior and it's your turn to run Grad Night - you'll be experts at that point.

Second, and perhaps more importantly, parents of seniors will already have their hands full preparing for graduation day (think relatives from out of town, last minute details, celebration dinners).

Please contact us to volunteer for the safest and best party of the year!
