GRAD NITE DETAILS AND TICKET INFO

Event time: 10PM to 4:30AM
Check-in time: 10PM to 11PM
RULES FOR ATTENDANCE:
• ONLY CCA Seniors may attend.
• PHOTO ID is MANDATORY for entry.
• NO STUDENT will be admitted without a COMPLETED and SIGNED REGISTRATION/MEDICAL RELEASE FORM.
• ADMISSION will only be permitted between 10PM and 11PM. CHECK-OUT will be between 4AM and 5AM.
• Check-out REQUIRES a parent signature, regardless of student’s age.
• Seniors are encouraged to wear their Grad Nite T-shirts. Seniors will receive their Grad Nite shirts during Senior Week.
• Purses and Backpacks are discouraged as NO MONEY IS NEEDED at Grad Nite. Personal items will be inspected by security upon entering.
• A bag check service will be available at Grad Nite; however all checked items will be the responsibility of the senior. We encourage all seniors to put cell phones and cameras in with their checked items to prevent loss or damage during the activities of the evening.
• As at any school function, the use, presence or possession of alcoholic beverages or other drugs is not acceptable. Any violation will require parents to pick up their senior. Smoking is not permitted.
• Should a senior become ill, the parent or guardian should be prepared to pick up their senior at the Check-out table.
