Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, parents are being met with new challenges and subsequent disagreements on safety and back-to-school policy. The Canyon Crest Academy Foundation is encouraging their community to take a deep breath and #THINKB4UPOST.
#THINKB4UPOST was originally embraced by CCA students in 2014 in response to a two-hour-long school lockdown prompted by a threatening social media post meant as “a joke.” Turning a negative event into a positive teaching moment, #THINK was born. Put simply, it asks the public to evaluate their social media posts and #THINK: is it True, Helpful, Inspiring, Necessary, Kind? #THINK has the power to change the tone of the narrative.
