The use of facilities at Canyon Crest Academy requires the completion of an online request form.

CCA School Use of Facilities (for ASB, Teachers, Coaches and other uses of school facilities for school events*, please use this link. You will need to create a login, which you may use for any changes to your request. Upon submission of the form, a request will be generated to school administration and a reservation created if the facility is available. PLEASE NOTE: Camps and Clinics are not CCA School Use. Anyone requesting a Camp or Clinic should complete the Camp/Clinic Application, which will generate its own facility request if approved.

Camps and Clinics Request Form for Camp Providers (This form is for camp providers only, to request the formation of a camp at CCA.)

CCA Non-Profit Affiliated Groups (CCA Foundation, Grad Nite, Dollars for Scholars) Please use this link to request facilities use for meetings and other events on campus. You will need to create a login, which you may use for any changes to your request. Upon submission, a request will be generated to school administration and a reservations created if the facility is available. Confirmation of your reservation will be sent to you by email.

Outside Group Facility Use Application Outside groups may use facilities at Canyon Crest Academy in accordance with the policies and procedures of the district. Please complete this application to inquire about partnering with the CCA Foundation to use facilities. You will need to create a login, which you may use for any changes to your application and to upload your insurance documents. Upon submission of the form, a request will be generated and if the facility is available, we will provide you with the terms of use, including the cost. Facilities will be be reserved upon agreement on pricing, terms and conditions.

*Camps/Clinics, Fundraising Events, and events outside of school year are NOT CCA school use. For Camps/Clinics, use the Camp/Clinic application, for Facilities Use that falls outside of the school day or school year, please choose that option on the form.
