Athletic Camps
Take a realistic view of your current abilities and compare them to both time-specific and general goals. Don’t just wait to “grow” into your body, grow into more power, grow into velocity. Develop it. If your current abilities don’t match your goals and/or you’re not yet at a level to get recruited, then the summer is the perfect time to improve and develop as a player. Training at CCA this summer will consist of:
•Hitting
•Ongoing swing assessment using Blast Motion bat sensors
•Exit velocity testing
•Individualized hitting programs using Driveline overload and underload bats
•At-bats against live pitching and high-speed pitching machines
•High quality video that can be used for recruiting videos for coaches
•Competitive environment
Those who sign up by June 1 will be guaranteed a T-shirt!
