Turn volunteer hours into additional support.
Some employers provide grants when their employees volunteer with
eligible nonprofit organizations. CCAF is developing a consistent
process to document, review and verify volunteer hours for these requests.

Before volunteer grants can be verified, CCAF needs a reliable process
that works for volunteers, staff and participating employers.
Record hours
Establish a consistent method for volunteers to document their CCAF
service and provide the information employers may require.
Review submissions
Create an internal review process so submitted hours can be checked
and approved before any employer verification is completed.
Verify with employers
Provide accurate confirmation after CCAF has reviewed the volunteer
record and confirmed that it meets the approved requirements.
